Your satisfaction is important to us and we do our best to accept returns for as many items as possible. 

Items eligible for return or exchange (see list of Final Sale products below) must be brought back to the store within 3 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Items brought back after 3 days, and up to 30 days after purchase will receive a store credit. Items brought back after 30 days of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged and will not receive any refund. All return or exchange items must be in the original condition or packaging, including all tags, and you must be able to provide your purchase receipt or gift receipt.

Please note that different fabrics, woods, and other home furnishing elements have different wear ability, and the nature of these items are uncontrollable. Wood is a living breathing entity and some expanding and minor cracks and splits, especially in climates where humidity is present, are to be considered normal IF they occur. Furniture deliveries must be inspected thoroughly upon arrival for any damages or mistakes. All damages or imperfections must be documented with the delivery driver for quality assurance and speedy resolution.
