All in stock products will be processed and shipped out within approximately 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) to the Continental United States only. The following products are exceptions to our standard processing timeframe and have extended lead times due to their manufacturing process:

Please note that the above processing time frames do NOT include the delivery timeframe. Expedited shipping is only offered for select products at this time - if available for your order, you can select the upgraded shipping at checkout. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on item(s) ordered. niche. Upholstery furniture will ship freight via White Glove In-Home Delivery. Please provide an accurate street address, including zip code, for delivery. Only USPS can ship P.O. Box addresses. Your order will be cancelled and refunded if you enter a P.O. Box address and select a shipping method other than USPS during checkout. We are not responsible for items not being delivered or returned to sender due to the customer providing an incorrect or invalid shipping address.
All of our processing and shipping/delivery timeframes are strictly guidelines. Orders are never guaranteed to be delivered by a certain date and shipping fees will not be refunded for an order not arriving by a certain date for any reason. Delays with manufacturers and shipping providers are out of our hands. We will do our best to keep you informed and up to date on the arrival of your order should there be any sort of delay.
Most shipped items do not require a signature at delivery and will be left on a doorstep or porch. Sometimes a delivery provider will decide not to deliver a package if no one is home and they deem the area unsafe to leave it unattended. In this case, your package will be delivered to a secure access point for you to pickup at your convenience. Once an item ships, it is in the hands of the delivery carrier and any decisions regarding your package's delivery are made by them. Please keep an eye on your order's tracking for updates/changes with delivery. We will NOT be responsible for missing packages that were marked as delivered by the carrier.
FREE SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS: If we are running a free shipping promotion, or you obtain a free shipping promotion code, please note that niche. Upholstery and Brayden & Brooks vintage signs will NOT qualify, and it cannot be combined with any other discount code.
RETURN SHIPPING: If an item is eligible for return or exchange, original shipping costs are NOT refundable and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return an item that was shipped free, then the refund will be processed for the amount of the item(s) minus standard shipping prices to cover our shipping costs. You must contact us prior to returning an item to receive instructions.
ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER: If an order is deemed non-deliverable by the delivery provider and/or is sent back to us for ANY reason (incorrect or incomplete address, unable to forward, addressee not at address, etc.) the shipping costs to re-send the package will be the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. If the customer would prefer to not have the package re-sent, the refund will be processed for the amount of the item(s) minus shipping to cover the original shipping costs. Shipping labels cannot be voided/refunded for any reason once they have begun being tracked by the delivery provider. If we do not hear from the customer within 7 days of receiving a returned package, the refund will be processed for the amount of the item(s) minus the shipping costs. Please double check all names and addresses before placing your order. We are not responsible for any non-deliverable packages due to customer error.
ORDERS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP IN STORE: Select products are available for FREE in store pickup within approximately 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of placing your order. Please do NOT come to the store to pickup your order until you have been notified via email and phone that it is ready for pickup. All online orders have to be transferred to the store from our main warehouse, which is at a different location than our brick and mortar store. Orders must be picked up within 14 days of being notified that it is ready for pickup. If you do not pickup your order within 14 days, your order will be refunded and all products will be restocked.
